2. Dump Cake
Thanks to Michelle at Scribbit, I made this yummy dessert last night at Ken and Vickie's house. Except I made it with blueberry pie filling instead of cherry. It was a big hit! And definitely the easiest recipe ever...my kind of recipe! :)
1 15-oz can crushed pineapple
1 20-oz can of cherry or blueberry pie filling
1 box yellow cake mix
1/2 cup melted butter
whipped cream for topping (optional)
Pour the can of pineapple into a lightly greased 9x13 rectangular pan. Spoon the pie filling over the top. Pour the cake mix over that, followed by the melted butter evenly poured over the whole thing. Bake at 350 for 30 minutes. Top with whipped cream. Yum!

I had to laugh, seeing the pictures of your torn up yard next to the pictures of Dump Cake made me chuckle. Maybe that's why they call it dump cake right?
Wow, that is pretty lousy. I remember last year. It will be very nice to be back in your house, and even better when you are in you new house.
