She didn't even flinch!

Hayley was so excited to get her ears pierced...I think I was more nervous than she was. Especially when we showed up and the gal said they would have to do one ear at a time because the second ear piercer wasn't going to be there until later that day. So I made sure with Hayley that that would be okay - and she was sure she was good to go.

This is her just getting her ears marked:

I told her it would hurt...cause I didn't want there to be any surprises. I think she thought they were going to hurt so bad that when she actually got them done, it wasn't nearly as bad as she might have imagined. In fact, after the gal put the first one in and started to move to the other ear, Hayley asked, "Are you going to put it in." She said, "I already did!"

This is the gal that pierced her ears:

(She held the bear incase it hurt really bad...but she didn't really even need it!)

The second one went just as smooth. She felt the burn/sting/tingle after they went in more then the actual pierce. But after some cool solution hit her freshly pierced lobes, it was all good. We picked some little diamond flowers - and they are A-DOR-A-BLE!

I love them - she loves them, her daddy loves them - we're happy. I was so proud of her for being such a big girl!
