Changing a baby diaper
Even with her splint/sling, Samantha got right in there with her baby doll - changing the diaper, picking it up properly, etc. This was the day before her surgery. She didn't...and still doesn't...let that temporarily non-functioning arm stop her!
Hayley took this picture of her doll
Checking out a post-delivery room (they all got backpacks with coloring books and special "big brother" or "big sister" bracelets in them...my girls just didn't want to wear them around like the rest of the crew you see here)
Walking down the hall back to the classroom
They received certificates at the end of the class. We all had a good time and I'm glad we signed them up. We even got to meet a real newborn...the girls turned to me and said, "Mom, is that how little your baby is going to be?!" I said, "Yes, except it will be wearing blue, not pink." :)

What a good idea! I didn't know this sort of class existed. I can't believe how soon the baby is coming! So exciting!!
So cute! Where did you find out about the class..never even heard of it..It's a great way for the girls to feel like they have a part in the whole thing. I love it!
I would like to send Laurel to a new baby class with Sydne! Thinking of you this birthday week... have somethings to mail, soon!
That is the coolest thing ever! How great for them to learn about babies and to see where it all happens.
