The Atlanta Temple

My mom is a temple worker in the Atlanta, Georgia Temple. She goes there with her friend once a week and does the most spectacular work I could ever imagine. So I wanted to take the hour jaunt and see where she goes each week. :)




My mom is also a big genealogy worker. One day while were were there visiting, I sat and looked at all the things she has been doing with her genealogy work. I was amazed and so impressed. Thank you, mom, for showing me a piece of my history and family lineage. I loved it! Oh, and in the process, I found out that my grandmother's (my mom's mom) middle name is Jacoba. HELLO - how cool is that?! Since our son's name is Jacob, of course!! Little did I know that he has a part of both my side and Lance's side of the family. That meant a lot to me. Thanks again, mom!
