Working out...in GA

Don't laugh...but it was time for me to start working out and, well...eating better too. So I started my new "diet" and exercising while I was in Georgia. My mom and sister have this fun Latin dance work out video...so Dianne did it with me the first time. I thought I was going to die. I haven't worked out for over a year (probably more than that, even). I was stiff. But as we were doing it, I loosened up and made it through. Whew! I say don't laugh because these pictures of us working out are hideous (well, me anyway)...but it's proof that I started to work out. :)

The video even had a kids portion of the Latin dance exercise ...Hayley was loving it.
