MAGIC KINGDOM! I apparently didn't take too many pictures this day...so this is it...for now...until Samantha came! We must have been having too much fun!
Love 'main street,' love the atmosphere, love the castle!
On Thursday morning, the gang (including Hayley) headed off to Animal Kingdom while Lance headed to the airport to pick up Samantha! My parents, who were so awesome and watched her the whole week, flew her to Orlando to spend a little time with us at Disney World. (THANK YOU MOM AND DAD!) I also waited behind to help organize getting her stuff to our hotel room and then the three of us met up with everyone at Animal Kingdom:
Hayley, for some reason, looks terrified in this photo, but she was really excited to see her sister (as were we!)
I didn't get a good shot of this, but Samantha and Hayley actually both touched this snake without hesitation!

(Even though we saw Pinocchio at Magic Kingdom and Jiminy Cricket at AK, it seemed only appropriate to put them here together since Jiminy Cricket actually 1st appeared in the 1940 Walt Disney animated film, Pinocchio!)

This ride was hilarious - too hard to explain - but check out Vickie's face in the second picture here (the rest of us were laughing!)

We didn't get to spend as much time at AK as we would have liked - but because of all the animals and their caretaking needs, the park closes early. Before I close this post, a mention must go to my now second favorite ride at Disney World - which I had never been on before. Expedition Everest roller coster! Going backwards in the dark is quite a thrill! Awesome ride!
One more Disney chapter to post....I promise. :)

I love the matching Poo shirts on the girls :) How fun! I'm glad you got more pictures up, I was waiting to see Samantha in the Magic Kingdom. Looks like she had as much fun as her sister!! Oh and Vicki's face is hilarious.
Those are great pictures! I love the Magic Kingdom castle behind you guys! Did you get to see the firework show? Makes me want to take a Disney vacation now!
