photo courtesy of M. M.My friend's sweet little girl is very sick...and now is in need of a heart transplant.
She is currently in SLC at Primary Children's Hospital.
(She is only 3 1/2 weeks younger than my Jacob, who will be one next week.)
Please pray for her and her mom and dad and for her 6 siblings. They need all the love and comfort and miracles they can get right now.
