Before Christmas break, Hayley had a fun day at school. They got to wear their jammies and take part in their own little Polar Express experience. I also wore my pajama bottoms and I had Samantha and Jacob in their jammies too. ;)
Hayley's teacher was so nice to let Samantha have a gold ticket to "ride" the Express. Some of us mom's who were there to help passed out hot chocolate and cookies while the kids sat and watched a reading of the Polar Express.
It was cute...and fun. And I loved how Samantha would only "ride" the Polar Express if she got to sit by her sister. So Ms. Engman explained to her students that she was making an exception for one student to ride in the isle of her Polar Express.

Keep the great kindergarten posts coming! They make me feel much more calm about Gracie starting school...in a year and a half. :)
