Love Day
We have a family tradition on Valentine's Day - homemade pizza! This year was no different - and I loved every minute of it.
Everyone made their own pizza...except Lance and I - we shared a large one. Well, I take that back, he did his half and I did mine (with artichoke hearts and pineapple on it - YUM!). It was probably the best homemade pizza this time. We used to try different doughs for the crust - but I think we finally found one we love, so we've used it the last two years.

The sweetest part of the whole night was right when Lance got home from work. He called Jacob into the laundry room (which is how you get into the house through the garage) and they both came in with flowers for all the girls. Single red roses for the girls and a dozen red roses for me.
It was cute that Jacob kept asking where his flowers were. "Where my flowers?" Lance just kept teaching him that boys get flowers for girls. I think he finally got the message. It was sweet that Lance was teaching our boy at such an early age to be a gentleman...a thoughtful one. :) I love my boys.
