Mom's Ski Day

Last year I went skiing for the first time in about 13 years! I went with my two brother-in-laws and had a great time. This year, I had the opportunity to go again. Yes...if I can go skiing once a year, I'm happy. I just don't get the time/opportunity. :)

I have become really good friends with some other mom's from Meadow Lark Elementary. We became friends when our kids were all in the same kindergarten class last year. This year, I have made even more mom friends of other 1st graders. The group of us try to get together once a month - either at someone's house or at On the Border. It's always a fun time. This winter, we organized a mom's ski day. Only 3 of us were able to go - but it was a blast!

The weather was gorgeous! It was such an amazing time! We didn't want the day to end. In fact, we were LITERALLY the last ones on the mountain. Thanks Heidi L. and Lisa M.! :)
