Even below zero whether (and I'm talking REALLY below), didn't stop the girls from playing outside getting some time on the swing set!

When my mom and Lexi came to visit after Christmas, they finally got some Christmas gifts.

My mom loved her blanket. :)

(It says: "In photos, babies stay babies forever.")
Cousin fun!

Now that I'm not working outside of the home, I have more opportunities to help out in Hayley's classroom. In fact, I kid swap with a friend (THANKS, AMY!) once a week so I can volunteer for 1/2 hour on Thursday's for reading. Then I hang out a little longer and sit with Hayley during her lunch. I LOVE IT! Other times, when they have fun "Centers" activities, I go with Samantha and help run a station.
This particular Center was also pajama day for the 1st graders. Samantha went in her jammies too.

I am so grateful for the new things I am able to enjoy now being at home. I am learning a lot too - one of them being how to be a better mom. Another - patience. (Which goes hand in hand with being a better mom!) It's all been a blessing! I love my family! I love my kids!
