Thanks to Laura at I'm An Organizing Junkie, I found this Strawberry Banana Trifle recipe and tried it out for Easter dinner. It was yummy! Click here for the recipe.
2. Chocolate Chip Cheesecake
This is the dessert we made at that cooking class I attended a while ago. I also made this for Easter dinner yesterday and it was a big hit. :)
Mix together:
Three 8 oz pkgs. Cream Cheese
3 beaten eggs
3/4 cup sugar
1 tsp vanilla
Slice two 20 oz rolls (18 oz works fine) of refrigerated chocolate chip cookie dough 1/3" slices
Line 9x13 ungreased pan with one roll.
Press together.
Add cream cheese mixture.
Top with remaining cookie dough slices.
Bake at 350 for 45-50 minutes until golden brown
Cool.
Cut and serve with whipped topping (optional).
So heavenly delicious! Enjoy!
